Why we started this

Most local SMBs we met were paying for a website that looked fine and did nothing: no automation, no follow-up, no system for the hundred small tasks that decide whether a client comes back.

We started Innovas to build the other half: the part that keeps working after the site goes live. Booking systems that answer at 9pm. WhatsApp flows that never forget to follow up. Review requests that go out on their own. The unglamorous plumbing that actually grows a business.

We're still a small team, which is deliberate: every client gets built by the people who designed the system, not handed off to an account manager.
