Boutique hotels, guesthouses, aparthotels and restaurants, where guest response time and review-driven bookings have the clearest impact. We also work with tour operators, dive centres and other experience providers across Malta and Gozo.

Q: Do you replace our PMS or booking system?

No. Your PMS or channel manager handles reservations and room records well already. What it doesn't do is answer a guest's WhatsApp at 11pm, offer the right upsell the moment a booking is confirmed, or ask for a review at the exact moment a stay went well. That's the layer we add, connected to the tools you already run.

Engagement and revenue systems for Malta hospitality: instant WhatsApp replies, upsells that land at the right moment, and reviews that turn one great stay into the next booking. Built into the tools you already use.

Before arrival

The right offer at the moment of booking, and a room that never sits empty.

🛎️

Turn every booking confirmation into an upsell

A booking confirmation goes out, and that's it, no mention of the airport transfer or late checkout the guest would happily pay for.

Every booking triggers a personalised upsell offer, framed as a convenience, not a sales pitch, "most guests add a late checkout for €15," timed to when guests are most receptive: right after they've committed.

Ancillary offers sent at the moment of booking convert far better than anything added at check-inDirectional pattern, not our own results yet

Never let a cancellation become an empty room GROWTH+

A guest cancels, and the freed room just sits empty until someone notices, if anyone does.

The moment a room frees up, fully or partially, the system offers it to the waitlist or a guest wanting to extend automatically. Higher-value bookings get a firmer confirm-or-release nudge; everyone else just gets a normal reminder.

Direct hotel bookings in Europe saw an 18% cancellation rate in 2023, rising past 40% on some OTAsHotel Distribution Report 2024, via HospitalityNet

During the stay

Every guest question answered fast, and every experience request handled without a single phone call.

💬

Guest requests, answered in seconds, any language, any hour

A guest messages at 11pm asking about pool hours or a late checkout, and by the time someone replies in the morning, they've already asked the hotel next door.

The AI concierge answers instantly, in whichever language the guest writes in, check-in details, wifi, restaurant recommendations, local tips, and hands off to a human immediately for anything it can't resolve.

The right local experience, matched automatically ADD-ON

A guest asks the front desk for a boat trip or a cooking class, and whoever's on shift either doesn't know a provider, or spends twenty minutes calling around.

Guest requests are matched against a curated list of vetted local providers, plus a partner catalogue of 110,000+ bookable experiences. A shortlist comes back in minutes, no manual calling required.

After checkout

A happy guest becomes the review that books your next one. Unhappy ones get caught before they go public.

⭐

Reviews requested automatically, protected automatically

A great stay ends and nobody asks for a review. Or worse, everybody does, including the one guest whose air-con was broken all week.

A short check-in goes out at the right moment after checkout. Happy guests are guided straight to Google or Booking.com. Anyone less than thrilled is caught privately first, so you can fix it before it becomes public.

Our impact

What the industry sees when properties automate this ▼

Properties that automate guest messaging and follow-up see fewer empty rooms and more returning guests:

📉Direct hotel bookings in Europe had an 18% cancellation rate in 2023, higher still on OTAs (Hotel Distribution Report 2024)
📈Prepaid, direct bookings see roughly half the cancellation rate of flexible OTA bookings (D-Edge / Hospitality Today)
💬Hotel no-show rates typically sit between 1–5%, but the freed room is rarely refilled fast (HospitalityNet)
⚠️A slow or missed reply is one of the most common reasons a guest books elsewhere next time (guest experience pattern)

Industry figures, not our own results yet, your numbers depend on your booking volume and cancellation rate today.

FAQ

Questions from
Malta businesses

Do you replace our PMS or booking system? ▼

No. A PMS or channel manager like Cloudbeds, Mews or Little Hotelier manages your reservations well. None of them notice a guest messaging at 11pm, offer the right upsell the moment a booking is confirmed, or time a review request to the moment a stay went well. That's the experience and revenue layer we add, on top of what you already run.

Will this duplicate the messages our booking system already sends? ▼

No. Most PMS platforms send the same generic confirmation and reminder to every guest. We add the personalisation layer on top: who gets offered what, and when, based on their booking. We connect to Cloudbeds, Mews, Little Hotelier, SiteMinder, Guesty and most other platforms used in Malta. If you're not sure whether yours is compatible, tell us what you use and we'll confirm within 24 hours.

How quickly will my system be live? ▼

Generally two weeks from sign-off to go-live. Foundation is often quicker, it only needs an email forwarding rule, no PMS access required. Growth takes longer since it connects to your booking calendar. That said, every property is different, access delays, a PMS that needs extra setup, or a busier-than-usual week can push things back, we'll give you a realistic date once we've seen your specific situation on the AI Readiness Call.

Do I need any technical knowledge to manage this? ▼

None at all. We build everything and hand you a working system. You'll interact with it the same way you always have. WhatsApp, email, your CRM dashboard, but the work underneath happens automatically. If anything needs changing, we do it. That's what the retainer covers.

Can I cancel whenever I want? ▼

Cancel any time. No minimums, no lock-in. Our retention comes from results, once the automation is running, you'll want to keep it.

Who are the founders? ▼

A digital designer and automation builder with years of experience across brands and digital systems, and a commercial specialist from the corporate world (Google, Tripadvisor, Gartner), helping businesses across Europe grow through technology. Between us, over 20 years. There are just two of us. No account managers. No outsourced teams. When you reach out, we reply. When something isn't right, we sort it.
